Welcome to The Best Academic Practice Model Schools/Districts For Black African Descendant Students Campaign (government Public Schools).Our mission is to identify, document, acknowledge, and promote PreK-12 Government public schools where: 1) 50% or more of Black African Descendant Students are achieving proficiency on their state's annual reading/English language arts examination and 2) 50% or more of Black African Descendant Students achieve a GPA of ABC with no F/D grades on their report card (quarterly, semester or annual).
